Shipping & Delivery

At CustomCard, we’re committed to getting your custom creations to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Whether you’re ordering digital designs or printed products, here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Digital Orders (Custom Facebook & Instagram Cards)

If you’ve ordered a digital custom card, here’s how delivery works:

  • ⏱️ Delivery Time: You will receive your completed custom design within 1–3 business days via email.

  • 📧 Delivery Method: Designs will be sent to the email address provided at checkout in high-quality format (JPG, PNG, or PDF depending on your selection).

  • 🖊️ Design Revisions: If your order includes revisions, additional delivery time may be required. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Physical Orders (Printed Cards – if applicable)

If you’ve ordered printed versions of your custom cards, we’ll make sure they’re securely packed and shipped to your address.

Shipping Time:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days depending on location

Please note that production time (1–3 days) is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Cost:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method.

Tracking:

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
